Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has escaped a touchline ban after being banished to the stands during the weekend's victory over Fiorentina.
Mourinho vehemently protested that Fiorentina's Brazilian midfielder Felipe Melo should have been shown a second yellow card in the closing stages.
The former Chelsea man could have been handed a touchline ban, but instead he has merely been forced to pay £10,000.
The sporting judge Gianpaolo Tosel confirmed that Mourinho had: "protested against the refereeing, leaving the technical area in the process."
Meanwhile, Fiorentina have been fined £12,000 for racist chants coming from their supporters.
