Georges-Kevin Nkoudou finds himself in limbo at Tottenham.

The winger was encouraged to leave by Spurs over the summer, despite their lack of signings.

However, while he spoke to the likes of Mainz, Rennes and St Etienne, Nkoudou chose to stay in London - this despite their being little prospect of him playing.

The midfielder spent the second-half of last season on-loan at Burnley, though struggled in competition with Aaron Lennon.

The former Marseille star is now in his third season at Spurs.
