Arsenal defeated Chelsea 3-1 in Saturday's U23 derby clash.

Kyle Scott had fired Joe Edwards's Chelsea side into the lead after 15 minutes.

But the home side responded swiftly to hold a 2-1 advantage at the break following goals from Eddie Nketiah and Tyreece John-Jules.

The Blues had opportunities to score again but were wasteful in front of goal and were made to pay in the second half as Reiss Nelson completed the scoring to give the Gunners all three points.
