Eddie Nketiah scored twice as Arsenal U23 thrashed Manchester United 4-0 yesterday.
Konstantinos Mavropanos shone as Nketiah (2), Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Vlad Dragomir scored for the Gunners.
Reine-Adelaide scored one goal but could easily have come away with a hat-trick.
Arsenal keep touch with pace-setters Liverpool and Leicester City at the top of the Premier League 2, while United slide a little further into that unfamiliar ignominy of the relegation zone.
They are two points from safety after this, but have do have two games in hand on Sunderland above them.
