Former Parma midfielder Sotiris Ninis has taken aim at coach Roberto Donadoni.
Ninis was asked about Parma's struggles this season.
"There are so many new players in the team, plus the League is difficult," he told Tuttomercatoweb.
"I deeply respect [sporting director Pietro] Leonardi and Donadoni, but I didn't see eye-to-eye with the Coach.
"Could a change in Coach help the club now? Certainly, of course. The team are in last place.
"When I joined Parma, I initially played well, then I didn't understand why Donadoni would put me out of the team every two to three games.
"This wasn't easy for me. Even last year, he said to me: 'Go out on loan'. I replied no and decided to seek a resolution, leaving on a free transfer or staying at Parma.
"I told Leonardi: 'I don't want any money, just let me leave'.
"I like Italy, but I don't know [if I'll go back]. Their League is tactical and you do a lot of gym work, which I don't like. I like to play with the ball, not only the gym "
