Nile Ranger is again training with the Newcastle United first team squad.

The Evening Chronicle says his manager Alan Pardew indicated he would not get anywhere near the first team until he proved he could have a run of good punctuality.

Fallen England youth international striker Ranger was drafted back into the first-team pool due to lack of numbers this week - but still has a long way to go if he is to come back into first-team contention.
