The Nigeria Football Federation are pursuing an opportunity to play an international friendly with either Japan or Iran later this year.
The Super Eagles want to take on an Asian nation and have opened talks with both federations for a proposed friendly.
NFF's head of competitions, Mohammed Sanusi, told SuperSport.com that things would be clearer by tomorrow.
"We are still discussing with Japan and Iran, but I believe we will reach an agreement with one of the countries not later than Wednesday," he said.
