Nigel de Jong is ready to sign a new deal with AC Milan.
The Holland midfielder comes off contract at the end of the month and been linked with Manchester United.
TMW says an agreement between both parties has been struck for De Jong to continue.
It's understood the contract now just needs to be signed by the midfielder.
