Mario Balotelli has hit out at Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
The firebrand Italian striker was told to leave Anfield by the German in the summer, eventually making a move to French club OGC Nice on deadline day.
The former Manchester City, AC Milan and Inter Milan forward said Klopp never game him a chance and that the German even hinted at a future Merseyside return for the 26-year-old.
However, Balotelli was not having a bar of it by saying a final farewell to Klopp upon his departure.
"Klopp doesn't know me, I spoke to him once, he told me to go somewhere else, work hard and then return," Balotelli told Sky Italia.
"So I said goodbye to them, and that we wouldn't be seeing each other again."
Since leaving England for France, Balotelli has scored six goals in five matches for Les Aiglons, who currently top the Ligue 1 table.
