Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri is delighted by interest arriving from Manchester United.

United boss Jose Mourinho wants to sign a "box to box" midfielder this summer and is having Seri scouted extensively.

Mourinho had scouts posted last Thursday to see Seri in action against Europa League opponents Lokomotiv Moscow.

And El Mundo Deportivo says the interest is exciting the Ivory Coast international. Having missed out on a move to Barcelona last August, Seri is near desperate to see the switch to United happen.

Seri's move to Barca fell through after they swooped for Paulinho from Guangzhou Evergrande.
