French Ligue 1 club Nice are reportedly showing interest in Wigan Athletic winger Oliver Kapo.

The 28-year old Ivory Coast-born Kapo is believed to be open to a transfer after enduring a difficult time at Wigan after joining from Birmingham in 2008.

Kapo was tight-lipped when quizzed about his situation.

"There are contacts, but I can't say anything," he told skysports.com.

"I am at Wigan at the moment. I am also nursing an injury."
