The Blues have identified the 26-year-old Ivory Coast star as one of their top transfer targets as they look to rebuild their squad after failing to retain their Premier League crown.

Seri is likely to hold out until he knows who will be be Chelsea boss next season, with title-winner Antonio Conte almost certain to leave after two years in charge.
