The father of Santos star Neymar admits they're in talks with Barcelona.

But Neymar da Silva insists no agreement has been struck.

"Of course we speak with Barca, how can you ignore a club like this?" he said. "But I do swear that there is no agreement with Barcelona.

"I am a man of my word."
