Neymar's family is excited by the prospect of moving to Chelsea. Santos have confirmed they've rejected a new £17 million offer from Chelsea for the exciting attacking midfielder this week. It was Chelsea's second bid for Neymar this summer following on from an initial £12 million offer made before the World Cup.
Santos are insisting Neymar won't be allowed to leave for less than £30 million.
However, pressure from the family could be an influence, with Neymar's father telling Globoesporte they "are enthusiastic about seeing Neymar transferred to one of Europe's major clubs".
