Fresh reports are emerging in Brazil that Santos star Neymar has signed a deal with Barcelona.
Barca have brought forward negotiations for the Brazilian ace as Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea all dispatch delegations to Brazil for talks with Santos.
O Globo says Neymar signed a contract with Barca last week, agreeing to move to the Nou Camp after the Confederations Cup.
