Newcastle's Martins upset with Allardyce treatment

Obafemi Martins is unsettled at Newcastle United.

The Guardian says the Nigerian, substituted in each of the team's last three games, is deeply unhappy with his treatment by Sam Allardyce. Martins refused to shake his manager's hand when he was taken off during Sunday's 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough, walked straight down the tunnel and was first on the team bus.

The striker, bought for £10m from Internazionale, is admired by Arsenal and his contract contains a £13m release clause.
