Newcastle United midfielder Nicky Butt is determined to play against Chelsea on Monday to do his former teammates at Manchester United a favour.

Butt is one booking from a three-match ban next term.

But the midfielder is desperate to stop Chelsea at St James' Park on Monday.

Boss Kevin Keegan said: "He's always liable to get booked as he's competitive."
