Newcastle United and Wolves are chasing Hull City midfielder Stephen Hunt.

The Daily Mail says the Ireland wideman has been one of Hull's successes but his consistent form and six goals in 27 games have not been enough to prevent Hull dropping out of the Premier League, two seasons after his previous club Reading went down.

But the 28-year-old is wanted by both newly-promoted Newcastle and Wolves, the Molineux club having had a £5m bid rejected by the Tigers in January.
