Newcastle United winger Sammy Ameobi was gutted for Yoan Gouffran over his amazing miss in their stalemate with West Ham United.
Ameobi's cross hit a post and fell to Gouffran, who could only scoop his effort over the bar.
Looking back on the moment, Ameobi told the Evening Chronicle: "To be honest, I just went to cross it and shanked it. When it hit the post, it was just unfortunate, and unfortunate that Yoan couldn't tap it in.
"He was just a bit under it. I just wish we could have got the win, but we'll take the point."
