Arsenal are ready to make Carl Jenkinson available for loan next season.
Jenkinson will be sent out on loan to a Premier League club next term - with Newcastle United and West Ham United leading the chase to land the Arsenal defender, says the Sunday Mirror.
Manager Arsene Wenger wants the right-back, who has one full England cap, to gain a full year of top-flight experience next term.
