Manchester City must improve their offer for Newcastle United goalkeeper Shay Given.
It's reported Given has already given the green light to the deal and is anxious about moving to Eastlands.
The Daily Mail says City have offered £6m for Given but Newcastle want more money or a player-plus cash package to include midfielder Michael Johnson or defender Nedum Onuoha.
