Newcastle United are reportedly eyeing highly rated Greek international defender Vasilis Torossidis.

The Olympiacos right-back has been watched by Newcastle scouts this season and they have been impressed with what they have seen.

The 22 year old is rated very highly in his homeland as an attacking full-back and has put in some highly impressive performances this season for Olympiacos.

The youngster has already broken into Otto Rehhagel's national squad and has 10 caps to his name.
