Feyenoord winger Jerson Cabral is being watched by Tottenham and Newcastle United.
The 21-year-old caught the eye of a number of sides after starring for Holland in the Under 19 European Championship campaign in 2009/10 and he established himself as a key player in the Feyenoord side.
Sky Sports says Newcastle and Spurs are among Premier League clubs watching Cabral ahead of the summer market.
