England U18 international Adam Wilson is set to be offered new terms by Newcastle United.

The Evening Chronicle says after impressing in the club's Academy and making some appearances in the Under-23 side, Newcastle could hand Wilson a two-year contract as they look to revamp their development squad for next season.

Wilson was recently called up to the England Under-18 squad for the clutch of friendly games taking place at St George's Park over the international break.

The left-sided player, who has also played further up the field, signed schoolboy terms with United in 2016 and has gone from strength to strength.
