QPR risk losing out to Newcastle United in the battle for Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama.

The Daily Mail says Celtic don't want to lose him and the issue is muddied somewhat with QPR also maintaining interest in his Celtic teammate Ki Sung-Yueng.

While Wanyama is a different style of player QPR may struggle to do both deals while also looking to bring in Junior Hoilett from Blackburn. They need another ball winner and cover in defence but a deal to London may be shelved which could open the door for Stoke and Newcastle.
