Newcastle United have slapped a £9 million price-tag on winger James Milner.
The Mirror says Newcastle have told Liverpool and Aston Villa they want £9million cash for winger Milner.
Liverpool have offered Jermaine Pennant in part-exchange, while Villa plan to make an £8m offer.
