Off contract Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis insists his next move won't be influenced by money.
Newcastle United, Queens Park Rangers, Fiorentina and Wolfsburg have all been linked with the 28-year-old Ligue 1 goal-getter.
But with the transfer window now beginning to hot up, Gomis said: "I never thought only of money.
"I could move to Russia where I was offered to double my salary."
However, Gomis all but moved out a move to a rival Ligue 1 club.
He said: "Staying in France?
"I do not think so.
"Apart Paris or Monaco and I doubt they make me an offer.
"I can find something else, a new culture."
