Ajax midfielder Siem de Jong is unsure of his future in Amsterdam.
De Jong has been linked with a move to England, where Newcastle United are keen.
"I do not know if I'm leaving. That chance is there of course," revealed De Jong. "Right now my focus is to be fully fit again."
De Jong admitted last season his agent had been contacted by Newcastle.
