Newcastle United are taking a serious look at PSG striker Mevlut Erdinc.
The Evening Chronicle says talk that Newcastle are back in for Paris St Germain's Turkey international is accurate after a flying visit to Paris by Toon officials.
Erdinc turned down a Toon offer last summer.
