Newcastle United are set to miss out on German youngster Josha Vagnoman.

Hamburger Abendblatt says the 17 year-old Hamburg SV fullback has an offer on the table from Newcastle.

However, Vagnoman is ready to pen a new deal to 2021.

Newcastle had offered bumper terms to the teen to quit HSV this summer. Vagnoman made his HSV debut this season in the defeat to Bayern Munich.
