Wigan Athletic have informed interested clubs the price for Charles N'Zogbia.
The Mirror says Newcastle United and Sunderland have been quoted £12million for N'Zogbia by Wigan.
That's £3m more than what the Latics want from any interested Champions League club.
Wigan are demanding more from the two North-East clubs because they see them as potential rivals for a top 10 place next season.
