Newcastle United captain Fabricio Coloccini has picked up a thigh injury.
The Daily Mail says Coloccini has returned from Argentina with a thigh injury.
Argentina are playing Uruguay in Montevideo on Tuesday night but Coloccini has been ruled out of the game.
