Newcastle United striker Aleksandar Mitrovic is enjoying his partnership with Ayoze Perez.

The Serbia striker – away on international duty as his team complete their unsuccessful Euro 2016 qualification campaign – says that he can't wait to work more with Perez.

“He understands me, I understand him. We show on the training field we understand each other," Mitrovic told the Evening Chronicle.

“We train together, we work together and we speak all the time. We can help each other. I like him so much, he's a funny guy and we work together well."
