Newcastle United striker Demba Ba insists he's undaunted by the expectation Geordies have of their attacking stars.
While United may no longer have big-name stars such as Alan Shearer, Les Ferdinand and Tino Asprilla, the current crop of strikers have a chance to make a name for themselves.
And former West Ham United man Ba told the Evening Chronicle: "I knew about the history here and the names of the past.
"It does not daunt me. I am a striker so I want to score goals anyway."
