Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez blew his fuse at the end of their Carabao Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest.
The Sun reports Perez had to be restrained by his Newcastle team-mates and coaches after blowing his top at ref Jeremy Simpson.
The Toon striker was denied a stonewall penalty in the dying moments of his side's incredible 3-2 Carabao Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest.
It was 2-1 to Forest in injury time when home keeper Luke Steele clearly wiped out Perez in the box after the Spaniard nodded the ball.
Forest then went on the attack and grabbed a crucial third goal through Gil Dias' strike.
At full-time Spaniard Perez had to be pulled away from Simpson by two of his coaches and team-mates Mo Diame and Ki Sung-yueng as he vented his anger.
