Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko admits he grew up idolising Arsenal.

Sissoko says he was inspired by Arsenal's French stars.

"When I was small, I was inspired by the Arsenal team with all the French: Pires, Wiltord, Henry, Vieira ... I must have been ten or eleven years old," recalled the France international.

"This team was a dream. They earned it. I loved Thierry Henry - and Patrick Vieira especially because he played the same position as me. In the middle, he was the boss."
