Newcastle United are attempting to find a buyer for Xisco.

The Evening Chronicle says the £5.7m striker is scheduled to report for training again with Newcastle on July 5.

But after helping the club United paid a huge fee for in 2008, it is understood that Xisco has made it clear he wants to remain permanently with Deportivo La Coruna, describing the thought of playing in La Liga next season as "a dream".
