Newcastle United midfielder Conor Newton is attracting plenty of interest from clubs in England and Scotland according to reports.
Sky Sports suggests the 22-year old midfielder, who is currently impressing on loan with St Mirren, has emerged on the radar of a number of teams ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Newcastle-born Newton comes out of contract at St James' Park at the end of the campaign and will become available as a free agent from the end of June.
Newton is in his second spell with the Paisley club and has made 29 appearances in the Scottish Premiership this term after 20 in all competitions last season which included 2012/13 Scottish League Cup triumph over Heart of Midlothian.
