Alan Pardew wants Papiss Cisse to get himself on the scoresheet earlier than injury-time on Thursday night.
Newcastle United host Benfica in the Europa League quarter-final second leg but trail 3-1 following last week's defeat in Lisbon.
Senegalese striker Cisse has scored injury-time winners for the Magpies in their past three home games and Pardew would love it if he could score again at St James' Park but perhaps a bit earlier than normal as his side chases a semi-final berth.
"I keep telling Papiss to try and score before the 94th minute," he said.
"It's getting ridiculous. He is a special goalscorer and will be a big threat to Benfica."
