Newcastle United striker Obafemi Martins looks set to return to the fray this week after overcoming injury.

The Nigerian has struggled to remain fit this season and has missed the last seven weeks but manager Joe Kinnear confirmed his return on the club's official website.

"Hopefully we'll have Oba fit for West Brom [on Saturday] which is a big boost."
