Newcastle Jets youngster Marko Jesic is facing a third knee reconstruction.

The 19-year old has had two knee operations, the first one in February 2007with another one just months later and recent knee problems have led him to seek medical advice.

"It is a major concern and there is the chance that Marko is looking at another knee reconstruction. He will go and see the medical people on Wednesday but there is something on the graph that shows the cruciate is not intact," Jets coach van Egmond said.
