Football Federation Australia (FFA) advises that Newcastle Jets Head Coach Branko Culina has breached the National Code of Conduct for his comments in the press conference following the Round 15 match between Newcastle Jets and Wellington Phoenix.

- FFA finds the Coach guilty of breaching clause 5.1 (a) of the Code; and - FFA is entitled to sanction Mr Culina in accordance with Part V of the FFA Statutes;

On the basis of its finding, FFA imposes a fine, payable by the Coach to FFA, of $3,000.
