Newcastle United striker Demba Ba is of the belief that he is in better nick than last campaign.
The Senegal international has scored three goals in his past two matches for a total of four for the season and he insists that he is playing a superior brand of football to what produced 16 goals in 34 Premier League appearances last term.
"I feel good, I've had some good games and I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing," he told Newcastle's official website.
"I think I'm in better form than last season so I'll just continue to do what I do."
