Newcastle United are showing considerable interest in a possible return for Fraser Forster.
The 26-year old Celtic star has emerged as one of the top English goalkeepers over the past few years, initially on loan from the Toon, before the Hoops signed him permanently in 2012.
The Express is reporting that the Magpies are eyeing Forster, who cost Celtic £2.2million, as a possible replacement for Tim Krul who is being linked with a summer exit from St James' Park.
The report suggests that the Scottish champions would want more than £6.5m for Forster's transfer.
