Newcastle United fullback Danny Simpson says the players are as concerned as the fans over their form slide.
The Magpies slumped to a 2-1 defeat at fellow strugglers Fulham on Monday night.
Simpson told the Evening Chronicle: "It is hard to take defeat for the fans, but I think they can see it just is not happening for us.
"They can see we are all working 100%, every one of us.
"That is what they want to see from people in a Newcastle shirt and they can tell we are not getting the luck.
"They are just as frustrated as us. We just have to keep doing what we are doing. We are still a good team and we have good players.
