Newcastle United are planning an £800,000 bid for Celtic fullback Lee Naylor.
The Scottish Sun says Magpies boss Joe Kinnear will have scouts watching Naylor at today's SPL game at Caley Thistle.
Kinnear could follow up with a bid ahead of Monday's transfer window deadline.
