Moussa Sissoko is on the verge of joining Tottenham Hotspur.
Reports suggest the Newcastle United midfielder has been given permission to leave France's training camp to finalise a move to White Hart Lane.
The 27-year-old has been determined to leave St James' Park since the club's relegation to the Championship and it appears as though a deal will be done.
Rafa Benitez initially wanted £35million for Sissoko but reports indicate that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy might be able to sort a deal closer to £30m, perhaps with five payments of £6m.
