Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko admits he bases his game on Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira.
Sissoko is desperate to recapture the form of his early weeks at Newcastle last season.
"I pretended to be Patrick Vieira when I was playing football at school. I played in the same midfield position and now I'm a similar size to him.
"He was someone I looked up to as a kid. Vieira was a great player and was an inspiration.
"I want to keep on improving and do as well as I can. With the World Cup in mind, I want to make sure I am in the France squad at the end of the season and hopefully travel to Brazil.
"Playing in the World Cup is a huge ambition for any footballer and I am no different."
