Newcastle United are spreading the net wide to find a potential replacement for Demba Ba.
The Evening Chronicle says United have drawn up a list of potential striker replacements - in the event that Ba activates the release clause on his contract and quits the Magpies this summer.
Heerenveen hotshot Bas Dos and FC Twente's Luuk de Jong are both under consideration.
