Newcastle United legend Peter Beardsley says there's too many foreigners in the Premiership.
Franz Beckenbauer slammed England's "kick and rush" tactics during the 1-1 draw against the USA and blamed a lack of resources.
And former England playmaker Beardsley admits it is difficult to argue with the German legend's comments. Beardsley, 49, said: "When you look at the way we played you would say he has got a point.
"I have no problem with the top players being here - such as Fernando Torres and Didier Drogba.
"But the average ones clogging up the system are causing the problem.
"It's because the prices are better abroad."
